Congratulations PhD Graduates!

2010-2011 Awards

Congratulations to Jeff Yeakel who received a prestigious University Graduate Student Teaching Award for 2010-2011 at a reception on April 22. Jeff has taught the elementary Latin sequence and first semester Ancient Greek. In Fall 2011, he will teach Latin 1104. We are very proud of him!

Congratulations to Co Principal Investigators Dr Angelos Barmpoutis, Dr Eleni Bozia, and Dr Robert Wagman on the award of an NEH Office of Digital Humanities Grant to support their project, “Digital Epigraphy Toolbox. Their work will be presented in Washington DC in September, at a conference organized by the NEH.
