Undergraduate students who wish to take an undergraduate research course should complete the form below and submit it to Samantha Jones, either via email or in person at 125b Dauer Hall, for approval.
Students MUST contact the instructor to discuss the proposed research project BEFORE submitting this form. Expect to work approximately 3 hours per week for each credit hour.
