Undergraduate students who wish to take an undergraduate research course should complete the form below and submit it to Kaleigh Shannon, via email, for approval.

Students MUST contact the instructor to discuss the proposed research project BEFORE submitting this form. Expect to work approximately 3 hours per week for each credit hour.
